If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately, and we'll address the issue.

We are not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages during shipping. For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS).

Refunds & Exchanges
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong size or product). If there's an issue, we will help resolve it.

We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom products, perishable goods, or personal care items.

If your order is delayed for a long period, you may request a refund via email. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label with instructions.
