• Preorders: Production and fulfillment may take 3-6 weeks.

• Premade/Ready-to-Ship Items: Processing and fulfillment take 3-7 business days.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds.

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information. If your package is returned to us for this reason, you will be fully responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

All packages are insured via UPS or USPS. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS or USPS directly.

International Orders:
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
